Privacy policy
Agile Pantry helps teams design a way of working. We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we handle today and what changes when accounts arrive.
What we handle
- Your answers and recipe. When you use Diagnose or the mixer, your answers (for example team size and the problems you picked) are sent to our server to calculate recommendations. We don’t store them on our servers. Your recipe is saved only in your own browser’s local storage, and you can clear it at any time.
- Share links. A share link contains your answers and recipe inside the link itself. Anyone with the link can see them, so only share it with people you trust.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run and secure the service.
We don’t use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We don’t sell personal information.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and API.
When we add accounts, we’ll add the providers involved (such as our database and email providers) to this list and update this page before the change goes live.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR and South Africa’s POPIA give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal information and to object to how it’s used. To use these rights or ask a question, email hello@agilepantry.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We’ll update this page when what we collect changes, and change the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
