By using Agile Pantry you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What the service is

Agile Pantry suggests agile practices and ways of working based on the information you give it. Suggestions are general guidance, not professional advice for your specific organisation. You decide what to adopt and are responsible for the results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or systematically query the service or its recommendations;
• reverse-engineer, copy or rebuild our recommendation engine, scoring or ingredient model;
• interfere with the service, bypass rate limits or access it by automated means without our permission;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

Our content and yours

The Agile Pantry software, recommendation engine, ingredient descriptions and site design belong to us. Practice names such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe belong to their respective owners and communities and are used only to describe them. You keep ownership of anything you enter, and you can use the recipes and working agreements you create with your teams however you like.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but don’t guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows, for example when we add accounts or paid plans. We’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll give notice on the site.
